This Valentine’s, we’re offering guidance to Self-Love and Compassion by helping you REAL-ize your greatest infinite potential.

Deep Roots Massage welcomes Emily Watson & Jill Baake from the THRIVE! team to share their stories and methods with you that will put you on the path to becoming your best Self.

This event will include a journey through your senses to help uplift your spirits and carry you to that calm, joyous place that dwells inside of you, always. Emily & Jill will introduce ‘Energy Bubbles’ and lead a discussion that will be an instrument in helping you expand self-love; a step toward manifesting your desires into realities. We will also be including a Guided Intention Setting Meditation that will open the door to your future success!

Please bring with you a small pillow, yoga mat or blanket to get cozy on, (chairs are available for those whom are unable to sit on the floor), an open heart & mind, and your best attitude. This energizing event will last 90 mins.
