Our center is located on 5004 Spruce Drive offers many amenities. Just off Hope Mills Road and close to Raeford Road, we offer a self-care gym area, peaceful waiting room and a large client loan library in addition to our treatment rooms.

We offer Structural Integration, Myofascial-Release and Cranio-Sacral, some of the most powerful bodywork available. Richard’s practice is focused on creating shifts in body structure to facilitate wellness and awareness. Pamela focuses a majority of her practice on clients with Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and adults/children with learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD and mild autism.
